I bought what I thought was a climbing zuchinni and it turned out to be louffa a few years ago. I saved the seeds out of those and replanted this year.
zappy, it looks like a cucumber to me! How in the world does that become a loofah? (Had to look that up - apparently it can be spelled like that, or loofa or luffa. Weird word.) I had no idea that that could be a home-grown item. I'm impressed!
